We were just telling North Korea that we're watching their every move.

If it were so legitimate, they would have been flying their own flag and the captain would have claimed to have been coming from North Korea. It was only when pressed by the Spaniards who boarded the ship (not us, we were just watching) that the captain said he needed to call Pyongyang. And they wouldn't have hidden the missiles under cement.

Yeah. Real "legitimate."

If I was transporting Scuds in an area where America was on the point of boiling into a full blown war I'd want to keep my cargo and embarkation port a secret as well...

Better to keep your head down in a dicey situation and hope to get through with the minimum of fuss than to shout "Hey Yankee..Here we are! Come and get us!"

Unless of course the whole thing was a decoy and the real cargo got throught to Iraq days ago...
