Allright everyone. I have come up with a plan to fix the problems of the world. Based partially on a matriarchical society, gladiatorial combat and harems.

So we have to change society to the point where it is more like a pride of lions.

The women will be in charge of everything 99.9% of the time. All politics, policing, education and all of the other parts of society. Men will be used for other purposes where we are better suited. For breeding stock and fighting and conflict resolution.

We will erect gladiatorial style arenas all over the world because, lets face it there are just too many men for this to happen.

We will also have to divide up the planet into regions of influence. One man can after all only keep so many women pleasured and pass his genes along. I recommend a lot of lesbianism anyway, even in todays society I think all women should have a couple of girlfriends.

So, each man will end up with his territory so to speak. This will exist pretty much outside of the female society that runs the world but the men will have their duties too. We will have to constantly train in the latest martial arts, we will have to have the to the death arena combat for getting rid of our challengers. There will be a lot of sex involved. Of course.

So, while man will still be at the top of the food chain we can introduce natural selection by single combat into the mix and also fix a lot of problems with modern society.

We'll be too busy training, killing each other off and all that to be trying to run things.

It'll help us keep the gene pool clean too, since only winners will be able to have sex.

They we'll have to take the male children that we let live and train them to go and take over other territories. But we'll have to keep very careful breeding records. Don't want any inbreeding.

being a woman myself, I can admit that much ... and I could only imagine when we all start cycling together.

How are you going to prevent an aggressive breed of killer males from taking over the whole shebang? I am presuming that the females retain all control of advanced technologies, so that the men are reduced to the status of caged tigers--you wouldn't want to tangle with one mano a mano; but with tranquilizer darts, steel cage bars and electrified whips, it isn't too hard to maintain control.

The more intelligent males would have to be removed from the equation; otherwise they'd end up reinventing all of the matriarchal technology (which their forefathers invented in the first place).

Personally, I don't regard the human species as monogamous. We do have long term relationships, but we still manage to be rather sexually promiscuous. So any system that doesn't allow women to have multiple partners, or men to have multiple partners, is bound to fall apart!

Hence why monogamous marriages are so difficult to pull off...

Or they all have to be vasectomied at a very young age at the least. They can be trained as sex slaves but will not be allowed to train as anything else. Well massage therapists but you get the point. Personal servants.

But there can only be one breeding male in charge. You chicks can run everything but don't mess up or I'll have to come down there and lay out the smackdown.

We can also freeze and store the sperm of the top males. We can breed humans for desired traits just like prized animals but we have to be careful to not breed in weaknesses and eleminate those strains. It will be a breeding program on a worldwide scale for the betterment of the species.

I was thinking something a little more along the lines of the Spartans. One of the main differences being that the role of the male in charge would change focus.

I suppose that this opens up the arena for a caste system. Eventually it would even out though. Males having to compete in the arena for the chance to procreate and gain their own group of females.

I'm guessing now that the same could hold true for the women, to get their own troupe of lovers but in all things you would have to pick your partners from your own caste or lower. You can only move up if picked.

So if a higher ranking male wants you he can request you.
Same goes for women.

If you are caught breaking the laws you are stripped of your rank and sterilized.

Eventually the human race would benefit. I think

Freedom of choice in all things though, we'll have to teach honor and all that from a very young age. Indoctrination.

Sadly I have a feeling that we'd start selecting for strong, fast, physically powerful males rather than for smart ones.

That pretty closely follows the model you're talking about, including combat between males, though in an alien species.
However the results aren't necessarily pretty.

Well, to be honest. At first I was thinking that it would just be me in charge. But then I figured that it wouldn't be fair to the ladies. One man, three billion women.

So I started to think about the number of women that I could service. I decided on this option after some thought.

The male portion of society would be much like small fiefdoms. One ruler for each area. The constant competition, fighting and turnover of leaders will keep us busy and will keep improving the gene pool.

The female side that is running the big picture will serve to balance any out of control males. The girls can gang up and take him out if need be.

On the other side, if the chicks in an area are out of control the male there can institute order. It's a check and balance thing.

Everyone will still have to answer to me though.
