...........we fell in love with a house back in November last year and agreed to buy it, even though it was at the limit of what we could afford....

...but it dragged on and on and on......

..then 2 weeks ago someone further up the chain got so pissed off that he pulled out and the whole deal was off.......we were devastated...... house prices are going crazy here and if it had gone back on the market we couldn't have afforded it......

.....then the guy changed his mind again, it was back on, a few hitches (and heart attacks) later and 20 minutes ago we exchanged contracts....

......hurrah, I am so fucking happy
