I was at a local club last night with friends getting snookered and having fun. There were lots of people there that I know. Anyway, there is this one girl that I have met before and chatted with who is just devastatingly beautiful so I went over and said hello, gave her a hug. I was in one of those moods last night where I was in such a happy and outgoing mood that everyone around me was having fun. Now, there was this other girl that came in with the one I kind of know. She was really hot too, not that it matters to me. I was chatting with the girl I met before and during the conversation I told her that I couldn't remember her name. She pouted and tried to make me feel bad but then I countered by asking her what my name was. She was cornered! It was okay though and I was flirting like a mad fiend with her back and forth when her bitch friend grabbed her by her hand and dragged her away. It would have been okay but she said something extremely rude to me on the way past.

Not a friendly look either, I let my eyes dilate and slightly unfocus while she was watching and seemed to stare through her, at something behind her head. We are emotionally invested in their opinion of us. When those who we don't know make a negative comment about us, we are able to just blow it off..
