The main character guy discovers that his wife has been having a incestuous sexual affair with her brother and dad for years. She gave birth to a boy whose father is her brother. Brother raises the boy as his own and his wife's.
Anyway, once main character finds out the whole story, he threatens to leave his wife and expose her brother and dad.
Her dad is a judge and threatens to destroy the guy, her husband. The dad at first tries to bribe the guy but eventually dad realizes he has to get rid of him and plots to have him killed.
The main character guy sets up a meeting with everyone but doesn't tell them he hired marine buddy friends to watch and intervene if it gets violent. Which it does of course.
So the main character guy wins out takes down the whole family and reconciles with his wife.
