Thank you folks, I hope I will get better. I haven't sketched since high school, eek, 10 years ago!!!! (sorry but it really just occured to me that I am that far out) I do need a darker led, actually a whole set of drawing pencils would be nice. I have colored pencils, but I am not real keen on them yet. They are kind of cheap and don't blend well.

I am going to be doing some more erotic paintings now that I am able to be up and about more. I will share them too.

Sienna, PLEASE DO! I really love to see others artwork. I wish all of the artists of lit would share their work.

kwt is a really good artist. He has some art on here too.
Myst needs to post more of her work.

I know there are others that arn't sharing and that isn't nice.

I find charcoal pencil and soft carbide lead is good for sketching and adds that extra tone to shading for depth and solidity.

I used to colour pencil some of my sketches....but it made them too "Walt Disney Cartoon" like (forgive my descriptive term).

I Like the old style grey/black and white basic canvas sketches. The ones you intend to paint and then find them better left as they are.
