I am. I got a LOT accomplished today. And it was lovely to see the girlfriend and her hubby.

When I was in high school my car had shorted the starter cable and melted the batteries. I arranged with my sister to pick me up after my workout. I was actually the only person on the shools weightlifting team.. Hahah, I was the whole team so I had to work out with the football team. Anyway.

She was waiting for me to finish up and when I got to the parking lot something similar had happened. I asked who did it and she pointed the little cocksucker out to me. By the time I got over there a pickup truck had pulled up and he was in it yelling at the driver to take off. She didn't. The kid locked himself inside so I explained what happened to his mother who was picking him up. She saw my sister by her car crying and turned to her son and told him to get the fuck out of her truck. Kid started crying and wouldn't move, moms rolled his window down (electric windows) I ripped him a new asshole verbally in front of the whole school while his mom was calling him a pussy for not taking his ass kicking.

Before they left she told me that her husband would make sure that he never even would think of doing anything like that again. Kid cried even harder. I suppose that given his moms reaction he was going to have a very sore ass.

P.S. His mom was cute.

Say you're wandering down the sidewalk of a busy downtown street on a sunny fall day... say you end up right outside a Starbucks...

and say you see a fat woman walk out of a burger joint, carrying her lunch... say this fat girl gets surrounded by five young men, aged 18-20, who start taunting her, saying such things like:

"Oh my god guys, look at that Fat Cow!"

and

"Look at that! How do they let women that fat and ugly out of the house. That should be illegal. And look! She's eating a relative for lunch!"

Say these men have surrounded her. Say she's near tears, and the sidewalk is crowded with other people, who are witnessing this, as the young men surrounding her are purposely making a scene.

Oh, my husband would have beaten the crap out of them. He thinks some things are worth going to jail. He might have tried to get them to take the first swing, but someone's going to the hospital or jail over that one.

My honey wouldn't have had to lay a finger down- he's a tall, scary looking hockey player with huge shoulders. Most people who are trouble, scram when they see him.

Jade...seriously... i am really sorry you had that experience. i have been overweight since my early teens and have certainly been the "victim" of some cruel people, so i understand and it hurts...

If i was there, i would have walked over to you, put my hand on your arm and walked you away from them while chatting like we were old friends. i would have made sure you were safely in your car or back at your office/place before i left you.

You, sweetie are gorgeous. Doesn't matter what size you wear, doesn't matter what color your hair is...You are beautiful. Trust me when i say their behavior was solely a reflection on THEM and not on you.


(And i realize i owe you a Halloween PM, this weekend has been hellish and i am trying to get caught up. i promise i haven't forgotten.)
