Husband Watching Wife With College Aged Guys

Looking for an older story I read some time ago.

The story is from the Husbands perspective and involves the wife and some college aged guys who move into the neighborhood. If I remember correctly she doesn't like them at first but the husband notices she starts to change. He either comes home early or notices she is gone and ends up sneaking into the backyard of the college guys and see his wife with one of them.

I don't quite recall but she may have been a realtor who sold them the house as well.

Have you tried googling "College guys next door"? Many possibilities, most on other sites.
