Husband needs help from Ladies "Waking up Wet?"

Forgive me for being ignorant. My wife is a bit repressed sexually and I am far on the other end of being repressed. At times it makes for very frustrating sessions. Getting information out of her is like pulling.... well ya know. But I am a patient man.
Anyway...
Question is that sometimes I will notice she wakes up "wet" in the morning. Is this a normal thing. As in did she have some kind of dream maybe fantasizing or do women just wake up wet sometimes?

I think I only remember a very small amount of what I've dreamt and it's entirely likely on other occasions that I've dreamt all night and not remembered a thing. it would seem to me that if she's repressed, that means she isn't expressing those feelings but that certainly doesn't mean that she doesn't experience them at all. my wife is most definitely not a sexual person in the mornings.
