Husband is going to have an affair- how should it play out?

Hi World, so I'm writing a story and have some ideas but I'm not sure which one would be sexier, care to help me out?

The details
# The husband is going to have an affair with neighbour's wife; he's sexually inactive (until now) and she's the sweet-innocent type woman who liked being dominated.
# The husband's wife is a slut and has fucked plenty of people including both the neighbour and the neighbour's wife (separately); on occasions she's had sex with her husband too.
# The husband takes medications which makes him sexually aggressive, he's started paying more attention to his wife and has indulged in foreplay, light bondage and has fucked some of the wife's friends (one-night stands), his wife usually acts "innocent" and conservative when he has sex with her.

Now, the husband IS going to have sex with the neighbour's wife and his own wife is going to find out about it in due time (and reward him with a threesome for being loyal for so long) but how should it play out?
I had two scenarios in my mind, which are:
1) The husband and the neighbour's wife are hanging out together someday and the husband has strong desires to fuck her. He somehow seduces her and the two have sex; I can include some domination from the husband in this and it COULD (it might not) make things sexier in future

2) During their wedding anniversary party, the husband has decided to reward his wife with some good sex (and has taken his medication) however the wife is busy with the other men in the party and the husband is growing weary and the medication is starting to take effect. He fantasizes about the neighbour's wife and sometime later, his own wife peeks into their bedroom (after the anniversary party is over ) and she spots her husband and the neighbour's wife going at it. Sometime later she convinces the neighbour's wife into having threesome.

Only ONE of the two scenarios can be used, but which one? Let me know which of the scenarios you guys like and if you have an alternate scenario in mind.

If you have anything particular you would like the husband to do to the neighbour's wife, please let me know.

I pick option 2, just because it is more exciting. Option 1 has been seen a million times. but I will also say that I am thoroughly confused by the plot.

-What do you mean the husband is inactive? But then you list all of the people he has had sex with?
-Then you say the wife is a slut, but also conservative?
-???
