Somehow, the boss is able to blackmail the woman - he wants sex. She refuses and tells her husband about it - but he can't really help her.
So now, the husband thinks, he should give it a try - he visits the boss and talk to him. He offers him some other stuff, like money, but the boss denies that offer.

"You see, I told your wife that I want sex. If you don't want that I fuck your woman, you have to drop your pants, so that I can fuck you ....."

Actually, from what Walt said there was no blackmail. The wife admitted to the husband that the boss made a pass at her. She claims she turned him down. The husband doesn't believe her so he goes to the boss to talk to him. It sounds to me like the boss is a bit cocky and is stringing the husband along. Maybe nothing did happen? Maybe it did? At any rate, the boss is having fun driving the husband insane by not giving him straight answers.

That leads me to my question for Walt. Since the husband says "he'll do anything" to know if his wife is faithful or not, I was wondering if "anything" has to do with male/male action or not. Perhaps the husband "silently agrees" to allow the boss to do whatever he wants. That means fuck the wife in front of him. Let's say the wife DID turn down the boss that first time, but now her husband kinda consented to him fucking her...
