Hell, I don't know. It sounded good.

But I do know that we need to form a closer union, coordinate more closely. There are some valid complaints, along with many more invalid ones. And there are newbies forcing themselves on us that we know nothing about, yet their actions reflect on us. I'm not okay with that.

Don't know if anyone else feels the same, but right now this is still our site, our domain, and we have the responsibility to monitor it, IMHO.

It seems like nobody has time for the EF anymore. Proof of that is my Free Association thread vanishing in the depths of the forum.

Erm... since I'm a newbie, I'll ask: Is my request for editorial help here out of line? I browsed around the threads and it's suggested more than once to try here if one gets no joy from the VE program. The idea of getting some knowledgeable help obviously appeals, but I certainly don't want to step on any toes.

Yes, fieryjen is once again correct. I just noticed some newbies throwing their weight about unnecessarily. Well-meaning, perhaps, but intent is not always justification.
