how you put pic in corner?

i know...i don't know...its sad really...but could somebody help me quick with this?! i mean i tried to figure out how to put a pic below the 'guru' or whatever is up there...but i can't fig it out, and i usually do. So could somebody plz help me?

It's called an Avatar, and the place to go is in your user CP under edit profile. (the bottom of the page where you change your signature line.)
