How you define a real dom???????

There are many people who call themselves a dominant.. But how do you get to know that he really is a dom?? I mean...... Is there some criteria for this???

Well in my point of view, real dom don't tell others that he is a dom.. Because he knew that his behavior will tell everything to others.... He has a gentle and caring heart.. And the true dom knows that REAL POWER EXIST IN COLLARED SIDE..
Many people says that older is better.. But does the age really matters???
I don't think so because age is just a number.. You can't judge a person on his/her age... Perfection comes with the experience...
Well this is my point of view about it... But would like to know yours...

Experience implies distilling usable inputs from a mass of raw data.
A true dominant has to a philosopher.
He has to cater for every wish peev and fancy of the submissive so that at the end of the day ,the sub starts seeing the world through his eyes.
Harshness is also a weapon in the rubicon of activities which will fall flat unless backed up by tons of kindness.
The dominant has to nurture and mould the sub to his way of life.
