Bath Time For Jasmine
Scene one: Jasmine and her Hand maiden with Two Bodyguards are walking thru the Bazzar.
The Villian Jafar is secretly watching them and listening to their conversation.

Handmaiden: "ooh if the Sultan finds out that your not in the palace and out here where it's
not safe..."

Jasmine: "relax , you know that Father and Aladdin have gone to Shadazar to see my Uncle.
He's grooming Aladdin to be the next Ruler ; Besides the Two Bodyguards are
with us."

Handmaiden: "you mean Twittle Dum and Dummer."
At That Jasmine and her Handmaiden have a good Laugh.

Handmaiden: " what is it we're looking for."

Jasmine: " I want to buy some more bath oil."

Handmaiden: " Didn't Aladdin give you some last month?"

Jasmine: " It made Rhaja's tummy hurt, He likes to drink
the bath water when i'm in it, I have to find
something safe to use.
Besides, Just because my name is Jasmine
doesn't mean I want to smell like one."

Handmaiden: " So what do you want to smell like?"

Jasmine: " I don't know, Something New, Something Exciting."

Scene Two: Cut to Jafar with Jasmine and Company in the background
Upon hearing this Jafar looks like he's thinking and then gets a sudden idea.

Scene Three: A Merchant selling Soaps and Perfums is confronted by our Villian Jafar.

Jafar: " Quick do you have any Bath oil?"

The Merchant shows Jafar a small bottle.
Merchant:

Jafar:

Merchant: " well I do fill my bottles from this ( Showing Jafar a large Jug with a large stopper)
it's all the Bath Oil I currently Have, But if you return next week..."

Jafar: " No, I have No Time, I'll Take the lot."

Merchant: " Very Good Sir. let me just figure how much that will be.."

Jafar: " No, You don't understand. I will TAKE the lot."

And with that the Good Merchant is somehow restrained or confined.
then next we see Jafar tranform into the likeness of the merchant.

Scene Four: The Merchant\Jafar now pours three vials into the Jug of bath oil
that the good merchant showed Jafar earlier. Just as Jafar was replacing the
stopper to the Jug; Jasmine approches...

Jasmine: " This Merchant looks like he might have what I want. "

Neither would I.

Any story that has a 'Hand maiden' and a 'Villain' in the first couple of lines sounds as if it is a script for a pantomime.

"Oh no it isn't!"

"Oh yes it is!"

That's okay- as long as Airy-Fairy Lillian shows her legs as Prince Charming :)
I saw a traditional Panto during my visit to London (1979) and I just loved it!

It occurs to me that "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" owes a certain amount of it's appeal to the Panto tradition.

Panto tradition and Rocky Horror...I never made that mental link before. Now I think of it. It is so true. I think that is one of the things that made Dr. Franknfurter so great besides Tim Curry just looking hot in fishnets.
