How would you write a mother and son story in a muslim country? Want to write such a taboo story

I guess because I'm a person who was brought up muslim so I'm interested in seeing how to do this and brainstorm the ideas. Anyone want to talk about it? Setting wise that is?

You're going to have to do some serious research of customs and ideology of whatever country you choose, or at least be vague about what countries you choose. I'm sure there's a decent amount of a Muslim audience here and you don't want to get too offensive.
You could always have it done as a Muslim family living in a western country like the U.S., it would make things a bit easier to write about with a country you know about.

I suppose then that your best bet is to set it in the country that you know best. (South Asia could cover a number of different nations depending on how it's defined.) Or you could follow the advice of DanDraper above and set it in a Western nation. You probably will offend some Muslim readers, but I assume that none of them will be able to find your real name or address.
