Today I finally broke down and tore my 1999 Xena calendar off the wall. I went to the mall looking for another Xena one when the most gorgeous illustration of a giant hawk caught my eye.

Yes, I now have a 'Lord of the Rings' Calendar hanging up beside my computer. Sure, it doesn't have Xena and Gabs naked in a hot tub but I've decided it's a good charm anyway.

So, what's on your calendar?

Buffy the Vampire Slayer. And Angel, and Spike. Mmmmmm.

By my name, you will notice I am a Tolkien fan. But, don't throw away Xena and Gab; No, why don't you send them to little old me? :D

I waited too long to buy my calendar, so I was stuck with the slim pickings. I'm very particular about these things, so I searched from store to store to store and found nothing that really appealed to me. *sigh*

I ended up buying one called "Insights". It has nice photos and little inspirational sayings. This month has a lovely picture of a walf's face and says:

No Fear - avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure... Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. ~Helen Keller

The We'Moon calendar, same as usual. I don't have a wall calendar. I keep forgetting to change the pages.

I wasn't the one to pick our calendar so I will be counting the year with Harry Potter.

As always,my calendar is photos of sled dogs...the greatest of atheletes. "Run longer, sleep less" "Let them show you the way, and, if you are open, they will"

Couldn't find the Studs & Spurs calendar I really wanted, so I settled for The Onion next to the computer, and Greenpeace in the bedroom.

Mmmm, Spike. Angel, just wow! Did anybody watch Angel tonight? I just about creamed my panties when he told that what's-her-name(lydia?) 'The begging'll come later.' OMG!! :D

I have two, one is a bunch of pictures of Frank Lloyd Wright's "Fallingwater" and the other is Jimi Hendrix.

The one my daughter spent all of Oct. & Nov. making for me at school. It's a mandatory 1st grade requirement :)

Same as I've done for the last 12 or 13 years at least. The Farside calendar.

It took me a whole day to figure out the joke. Oh, I've gone from sharp as a tack to bright as a wooden button.

Don't feel bad, I still have no idea who Barbara Jorden is, not a clue.

April:
"Damn, now who the hell is Barbara Jorden?"

I'm glad I'm not the only one. The only thing I know about her is that she's 'late' and 'great'.

I'm a fan of Heidi Klum (she was my woman of 2000), so I may go with her again, but right now it's up in the air...:)

I'm a young man sharing a student house with four other young men; it has to be a swimwear calender.

You know in Australia the only thing we really know of her is that she was in Spin City
