How can I change this to a JPG file or GIF file to put it in my avator spot. Thanks

open it in a program like paint......then resave as a jpeg.

Almsot every image processing program allows...

you to "Save As" or "Export" in both GIF and Jpeg format.

To save you the trouble of figuring it out right away, I did it for you with Painshop Pro. I laso resized it up to the 150 pixel maximum size in heighth.
