I believe that the comments are anonymous so you can't see who made them. If there are any comments
which is rare, out of 90 something votes on my threads only one person left a comment. You can access any comments by clicking on "my ratings".

Now that I think of it I don't think I've ever added a comment when I've voted. I'll have to make a point to do so in the future.
