How to view reader feedback

I didn't want to ask this here, but the forum search function isn't working on my phone.

How do I view reader feedback on a story? I was told by a chatroom user that I'd be e-mailed, but I don't see anything, and I know that I do have feedback.

I've gone to the feedback portal, but don't see how I can get to anything that might help me there.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

"Feedback" is notified by an email to whichever email address you registered with.

"Comments" to stories get notified to your Control Panel, but don't get notified to you by email. They are two different communication channels.

There are system lags - I had a twelve hour lag on a feedback, once. I suspect your chat was real time, but the feedback message had the delay.

If you are using the Lit App, you can't view comments.
