Well we all know how good women are at teasing men, sometimes I think it's embedded in their heads how to tease a man. I think your not fully grasping an idea here. There are good teases and BAD teases. And your almost right woman are reall pros at BAD teases and it does seem to come to them very naturally. So what is the difference between a good tease and a bad tease.

Maybe its just me, but this was clearly about showing you who was in control here. {I have an urge here to go on a rant but Ill control myself} For the sake of brevity lets just say bad teases are about control and showing someone that you are in control. Its not always a bad thing. If your in a D/s relationship there is a certain appeal and desire for that but otherwise I dont see it as a real giving or healthy thing.

This is a "good tease". I think they way she describes it definetly gives you the feel that he was all about pleasing here and not about controlling her. About building her up...pushing her a little farther than she normally goes and to simply create a very pleasurable experience for her.

Yeah, I sort of did that with my bf, except we were both wearing underwear instead of all of clothes. And it wasn't grinding, it was slower and gentler.
