how to stop lit email msg announcemnts

My email is innundated by Lit announcements from threads I am following and msgs I get, how cn I get this off of my email account, it's overwhelming my ability to recieve other emails.

Go to user CP above, go to edit options. The second box down on the second section will allow you to set e-ma1ls to none on the drop down box..

Choose the option that best suits you in the "Default Thread Subscription Mode"
you will find clicking the User CP menu/Edit Profile
