How To Start A Website?

Not sure this is the right forum, but I have a female friend that would like to start her own fantasy website-so how does she go about it? Do you hire someone? She's a great person, not much money, couple kids, and struggling in life. Any help would be appreciated.

Bearlee, she should be able to go to a site like Lyco, Tripod Etc. There is a little thing bout not posting porn on it tho. But, One woman's porn is another's erotica They have a program tho that will help her build one. Chewey

Chewy made a good point there. Check with whoever you're gonna host the website with first. Most do not allow Porn in their servers. However, go to adult sites and see who they're hosted with and try hook up with them.
