How to sort by new stories in each category past the 7 day limit.

Hello,

I don't know if this has posted before, if it has then I could not find it. sorry.

But, I want to know if I can see new stories for each category past the 7 day limit for new stories in the beta.
Is there a way to do it. I tried doing it through advanced search and tags but not all stories come up.
