How to save GIF animations?

Is there a way to save GIF animations? If I simply use the right click option in Internet Explorer as I would for a JPG file, I only get one frame or picture of the animation. Is there a way to copy/save the complete animation?

You're probably not viewing the resulting file in a browser. If you open it in a picture viewer, you will only see the first frame (still). It's the browser that animates it.

Make sure when saving the file that it retains the .gif tag at the end, otherwise it won't be animated. Also, as was stated, view it in a browser or pic viewer capable of handling .gif images.
