Can anyone please can help me get my account reactivated.
I am an author (ANDY336) with 4 published stories and I want to add a new part to an existing story. I have logged in today using my partner's membership (Rachel6) because I am locked out and cannot reactivate my own account. My user name is Andy336. I am unable to log onto the forum as Andy336 as I am locked out.
The problem is this . About a month ago all I did was try to change my email address but I got it slightly wrong-I put in bobbrown3374@yahoo.co.uk instead of the correct address of bobbrown3374@yahoo.com . An easy mistake to make I think you'll agree. But now whenever I try to log on to Andy 336 I get the message that I have 30 seconds to reactivate my account. But of course I cannot because I never receive the activation link to my new incorrect email address. I am now locked out and in a loop I cannot get out of. the system deals with the situation where you have forgotten your password but not where you have put the wrong email address in.
I have sent dozens of message to the Literotica contact email address all without reply. I have asked Literotica many times to please just reactivate my account for me again without any reply. Alternatively if they would just change my email address from .co.uk to .com then I could reactivate my account myself. I really do not know how to get the attention and help from Literotica that I need. So from my point of view it is disappointing because due to a very simple error I fear I can never get my account reactivated.
I have also sent PMs to Laurel and Manu all again without reply. I do understand though they must be busy and have far more imp stuff to deal with than getting my logon problem sorted out.
I know I could simply just rejoin with a new user ID, and it may come to that, but naturally I would prefer to add new stories to my existing ones and also I want to post a third part to an existing 2 part story.
I would be really grateful if anyone knows how this can be done .
By the way i think Literotica is a fantastic site that I enjoy using and contributing to very much so you can imagine I feel a bit of a muppet getting locked out by this simple mistake.
