How To Put Picture In Signature/Profile

Most people have a photo/illustration on the left of their posts to the forum.

Help! I have tried to do it, I have scoured my User CP and everything else I could think of.

How do I get my profile picture as part of my signature when I post?

The picture on the left is an Avatar and you need 100 posts to see that option. Your signature is the stuff below the line where your #### is.
