do some yoga, stretch, eat a light snack (dont want a full or empty stomach), relax mentally, remind yourself that you are going to be used repeatedly and problem hard and that you want it and are going to love it. Have a safe word, so that if it gets to much you can stop the action. Have someone there you trust, for your protection.
