This is what the multiquote button looks like, Thirty:It's the symbol next to the "quote" button. Looks like a bunch of papers with some lines on them. If you hover over the icons they should give their descriptions and the one you want is described as "mult-quote"

I was thrilled about getting the multiquote feature with the last forum upgrade. It's SO much easier than opening each post in a new tab/window and C&Ping, or adding the quotes manually.

Click all the responses you want to quote. THe button will change color to indicate it's selected.
Once you have selected all the quotes you want to reference. Select the quote button and you'll get a reply window with all your quoted replies already cut and pasted for your enjoyment.

Actually it depends on what forum skin you are using. My multiquote button looks like this:
