A question for the guys or girls out there. In many porn films when the guys cum they seem to have very powerfull ejaculations often shooting big loads.. I'm curious to know if this is a fairly common thing. I have to say i've always been more of a dribbler than a spurter. Are ther any exercises you can do to turn yourself into a spurter ? I'll say what I always say when someone posts because they don't think they measure up by the standards of some porn film: don't judge yourself by that. It's film, not real life. I've seen various recipes for what they use to supplement the ejaculate in those films so it looks like a huge amount for the camera.

However much or however strongly you ejaculate, I'm sure it's perfectly normal.

Well said, and I'm in complete agreement. We women try to live up to the standard of models. Men try to live up to the standard of porn flicks. Between airbrushing and editing, we 'normal' folks will never compare. We're not supposed to. We are each unique, beautiful individuals. All different, but with similar worries. I promise you that how far or how much you spurt when you cum has never even occurred to your partner. If you stop worrying about it so much, sex itself will be so much better for you. Ice Princess is right on. Don't try to live up to the standards of the "wood" in the adult industry.

It is a trick of the trade that is not discussed openly but:
- most of these guys are in isolation for up to three months before shooting these scenes;
- these actors, all dedicated to their craft, abstain from any "release" from their often significant members for weeks at-a-time'
- they subject themselves to the erotic arts on an almost daily basis while never succumbing to the urge to, oh, let one fly so to speak;

How to make your cum spurt?
It takes about a month before you can do this and its kinda pointless, but can look cool.
first thing you need to do is locate your Pubococcygeal muscle (or PC muscle). When you take a leak and you stop this is when you contract it. Its located behind your testicles.
Clench or squeeze and relax your PC muscle quickly. Start with 50 squeezes/clenches. Then increase it after a week or so you should be able to do 500 squeezes in one go. This may feel sore to start with.

Long Clench
Clench/squeeze your PC muscle slowly over a count of 5. By the 5th count, your PC muscle should be completely tight. Hold your tightened PC muscle then count to 5. After that, slowly release your PC muscle over a count of 5. Start with ten and try to reach 5. Do both these excersizes at least once a day.

After these excersizes your PC muscle should be strong enough to let you shoot. To shoot, you need to hold off for as long as possible then contract the PC muscle just as you release.

Toejam has one of the best methods for improving strong orgasms. Mix it up with some jelqing (sp?) techniques and over the period of a year your penis will be in much better shape. The muscles responsible for forcing seminal fluids out of the body are the bulbocavernosus (BC) and ischiocavernosus, and the smooth muscles in the vas deferens. Nearly all these muscles tend to act as a unit - including the urethral and anal sphincters - so trying to exercise just the PC more likely than not exercises all of them.

Squeezing or trying to flex or force the the PC during orgasm would likely retard ejaculation or smooth out and counter contractions, producing a weak flow or no ejaculation at all, so the best way to make this work is to exercise the PC but allow things to contract naturally during orgasm.

Maintaining periods of high arousal floods oxygen-rich blood to these muscles and intensifies their contractions. I guess I've been blessed with relatively potent ejaculations, but I've never had any secrets other than time between sessions. I'm not sure how much time should pass in order to recharge but I can't imagine being able to "stockpile" sperm for a much larger ejaculation. If you imagine a male orgasm/ejaculation as a roller-coaster, where it builds and builds and builds, then you get to the top of the hill, pause for a second, which seems like an eternity and then, the whole world drops from under you and you're off! That's a pretty good visualization of how I do it.

When I feel that I'm about to come, but right before the throbs/ejaculation starts, I try to hold myself right on the top of that hill for as long as possible, (it feels like about an hour, but is more likely a few seconds.) hold it, hold it, hold it, (squeezing my ass/pc muscles hard to keep myself right on the edge) and then WHAMMO!
