Bear claws have lots of cinnamon....maybe tiger claws should be sugar and spice and everything nice....

The first thing I have to do is prepare the donut. I must shape and knead the dough, allowing it to rise slowly. The donut generates it's own heat and moistnesss as it rises. Then I must "cook" it, turning it over to "cook" both sides evenly. I like to let my donuts cool on a rack before handling them further. Once the donut is ready, it is time for me to insert the special cream filling device into the donut. If I overfill the donut some cream make leak out or stick to the cream insertion device. This extra cream can be licked off.
