How to make a realistic dildo thicker?

Probably a weird question because I've searched google and the forums here and haven't found anyone else asking. I have a toy (see here) and I absolutely love it. I couldn't use another inch in length, but I'd really like to be able to make it thicker. Now before everyone says "just buy a bigger one" I've considered that and I don't want to. I won't bore you with the reasons, but what I'm looking to do is enlarge MY toy in a safe way that isn't going to destroy it (or me). I wish I could somehow enlarge it from the inside so that I wouldn't lose all the nice textures and realistic coloring by dipping it in something like liquid latex.

I thought about dipping the whole thing in flesh-tone liquid latex a few times, but then all the colorful parts that make it realistic would all be that same fleshtone. I don't even know if liquid latex would be the right material for this, or if there's a clear alternative that won't turn the whole thing monotone.

Any suggestions on what materials I should use?? Or a way I could enlarge it from the inside? Maybe cut out some of the inside and cram a larger silicon piece inside? But then how would I seal all that up?

Happy to post pics of the finished product for anyone else who want to try the same project.

Thanks!

i'll confess i haven't the faintest clue how to go about what you're trying to accomplish without access to tools and the skill to restore the textures you obviously like. you could in theory have someone take a cast of it, but enlarge it. of course, that assumes access to the same material and knowing someone you could entrust with such a sensitive request, though.

Yeah I thought about that too, but it wouldn't be the same material, I like this "pleasureskin" stuff and I don't think you can just buy that in liquid form.

I'm kinda leaning towards trying to expand it from the inside. I think that if I could find a piece of rubber roughly the diameter of a thumb and maybe 6 or 7" long, then I could make a small hole from the base of the toy deep into the core ("shaft") and slide this extra rubber plug in there. I would think that would accomplish what I'm going for, don't you?

Any other ideas?

Before you go cutting or coating up your toy (and very likely ruining it), how about trying something like a masturbation/penis sleeve that you can just slip over it? I don't know if they make Cyberskin-like sleeves so you still get the same texture, but silicone sleeves are really common.

You have to be really careful with amalgam materials like this because they're usually rubber/silicone/chemical mix and constant contact w/ stuff that contains silicone or lots of chemicals can melt the toy, but you could likely easily get away with slipping on a sleeve to use the toy, then taking it off as soon as you're done, especially if you use a dusting of cornstarch between the dildo and sleeve as a bit of a barrier. I'd think it'd be best to avoid materials like "jelly (rubber)" because they usually do contain a ton of reactive chemicals and are extremely porous (just like Cyberskin-like stuff).

And, well, if it doesn't work and you have a male partner, he can always still use the sleeve for sex or masturbation.

I don't know, though. Cyberskin-like dildos are a dime a dozen and come in tons of sizes, so it seems like your cheapest and easiest bet would be to buy another toy in the size you prefer. I guess you have to ask yourself if modifying this toy is really worth risking ruining it. If so, modify away; if not, pony up the $30 or whatever for a new toy (or, better yet, spend that money on a pyrex/glass toy in the size you want or save up for a silicone dildo, both of which can be sanitized, unlike cyber/pleasureskin, jelly, rubber, etc.).

-Tend to doubt rubber would slid up into another piece of molded rubber like that.

-Even if something along those lines works, you're be putting pressure on/stretching the outter rubber beyond what it's designed for. That would probably result in cracking/tears that would get worse over time.

I have to agree with Erika.

I agree you will very likely end up with rips/tears on the inside that would quickly spread outward. Possibly as soon as you go to push something inside of it. What about using something alongside of it like another small toy or something safe around the house? Youd still get mostly the same feel, other then wherever you added something alongside it? Just an idea.

Well, the cyberskin is a terrible idea. The reason being is that the particular rubber is even softer than other silicone/latex rubbers used in toys. You'd basically have to leave the sleeve on the toy because cyberskin tears if you stretch it often. I tried 8 different cyberskin cunts and managed to tear every one of them within 10 uses. Of course, if you leave it on there, it has so much rubber softener in it that the sleeve and the dildo will be on their way to a pile of liquid shit by the end of the month. I know because I managed to melt over $800 worth of toys one time. I've never seen any kind of rubber toy melt unless it's in combination with cyberskin and I have tons of different rubber toys. Seriously, don't even store cyberskin toys in the same place as any other type of rubber. Of course, for the negatives, cyberskin is the best feeling silicone/latex rubber on the market.

How about multiple condoms?

Have you tried putting a condom on the toy? And if that's not thick enough, add another (and another, etc) until you like the results. It's a lot cheaper to try that than risk ruining a perfectly good toy with the other things you mentioned.

That could get expensive fast unless you find a big pile of random condom's for cheap someplace.

Would be interesting though, you could make it like those sticky tape rollers for picking up animal fur around the house. Use it once, peel off a layer, and ready to go again!

Yep, and leaving even one condom on constantly would likely melt the toy. Most condoms use some form of silicone lube, and whatever else is in the condom likely also has the potential to screw with the cyber/pleasureskin in some way.

Why don't you just ask them? There should be some kind of feedback or contact point. See if perhaps they've already had the question asked and if they've done anything about it. Perhaps even have some suggestions for what you are trying to do.

Good luck!

How about getting a new one? A thicker one or they make one's that you can inflat? there are so many other toys and toy sites why take the chance of destryoing your toy and possibly hurting yourself with something you did or do?

That stuff is just way too sensitive. Ordered cyberskin toy and hopefully if I look at it wrong it doesnt melt lol.

Well, it is a good idea to use a condom with it because it can't be cleaned well.

As long as you follow the instructions for caring for it, only use water-based lube with it and store it properly--i.e. dusted w/ cornstarch (talcum/baby powder is not suitable for the vagina/vulva and there's a good amount of evidence that it can cause cancer!) after it's dry, and ideally in a cotton bag or loosely wrapped in a piece of cotton, totally away from other soft toys--it should withstand some fun.
