How to keep pp and other people from posting dumbass stuff drunk

You know those breathalizers they hardwire into a cars ignition that won't let the car start untill the breathalizer has been used and the B.A.C measured.

We should instal the same device on certain posters computers that won't let the computer boot up untill they are used. Then evertime they want to make a post they will have to use the breathalizer again.


I think this would greatly reduce the number of dumbass posts.
