How to... increase volume

I'm interested in increasing the volume of semen when I ejaculate, specifically through natural methods (diet, exercise, etc).

Any ideas? What have you guys tried that worked for you? What else do you do (or NOT do) with the intent of affecting your semen/ejaculate?

I checked the Blank Manual and couldn't find anything on this... sorry if I missed it.

Well, this kind of seems obvious to me, but it might not be for others. Try not masturbating for a couple days, or put more time between masturbation sessions over the long run. Also I've heard, although I'm not quite sure how true it is, is that the more water you've drunk over the day, the more volume. There's my two cents.
 
Unless you're a porn star, or you or your SO just really enjoys swallowing volumnous loads, I am not sure why it would be desirable to increase volume.

1) Volume doesn't add any feeling to the orgasm.
2) A woman would probably prefer to have a little bit of semen leaking out of her vagina after sex than a flood of semen.
3) Less mess to clean up after a session by oneself.
4) You can have a high concentration of sperm regardless of the volume (think precum).
5) You don't want to overfill/overspill a condom.

I think it would LOOK cool to blow out a quart...but does it really offer any practical purpose?
Maybe it's looks your after, and I'm not judging you by posing this opinion, I'm just hoping that you're not feeling "inferior" because you don't unload a huge load.

I'd think that unloading a smaller load would be better for everything other than visual pleasure. Even if a partner was to go so far as say something about me having released a small load I think I'd reply "Thank you".

Rock on and be proud little load-man!
 
Hydration and having enough zinc in your body will improve your volume.

Start drinking more water, and minimize things that dehydrate you, like caffeine, sugar and alcohol. 2 quarts of water a day is a good general guideline, but you may need more or less depending on your size, diet and level of physical activity.

Most men have a zinc deficiency because they don't eat a zinc-rich diet and lose a fair amount each time they ejaculate. Supplementing with zinc tablets, lozenges and zinc-rich foods is likely to maximize your volume and immune system function.

Of course you will want to read up on this, specifically how much zinc you can add without overloading your system. Talking to your doctor about it is always a wise idea, too, since s/he knows your history and can alert you to potential dangers of supplementation.

Hubby and I are interested in this because zinc and hydration are important components of fertility and overall health. Otherwise, I'd see no reason for my partner to increase the volume of his semen; like Ejackulator said, less is more for me, and I never see a guy with less ejaculate as inferior.
 
Tons and tons and tons of sexual excitement is the one thing that gives me huge loads. That and not cumming for a day or two.

To address a couple points:
I don't feel inferior, it's just something that interests me. Also, my girlfriend is usually impressed when I shoot a huge load ("wow!", big eyes, smile, etc) and, hell, I'm impressed with myself when I do the same.

Obviously, it would be messier but that's not a huge issue for us. I'd never thought about overfilling a condom, but I will definitely keep that it mind/watch out for it.

In short, I think it would be cool and it seems to be something I can do naturally, so I'd like to try it.

@ SweetErika: What zinc rich foods can you recommend?
 
You can google 'zinc foods' and find lists.

We don't eat some of the foods, and I have a lower immune system, so we take 2 zinc tablets daily (one AM and PM) in addition to our multivitamin and a few other supplements. If I've been exposed to someone with a cold, I suck on a zinc lozenge instead because it kills the virus. That gives us a little over 200% of the RDV, but because those guidelines are based on a diverse diet and my doc's approved that amount, it's what we stick with.
 
I find a little massage of the prostrate helps, or the area between the testicles and the anus.

Also a tonne of water... Oh and something I've noticed - If my gf and I have a quickie I dont produce much... If however I'm very sexually excited and she's kept me on the brink of my orgasm for a while I cum loads and loads, so I guess try delaying orgasm and let your partner take to the brink without going over the edge a few times
 
Not the Best Way

Although I don't recommend this just to shot a bigger load. 4 years ago I had a heart attack and had to have two stents put in, after that my load size increased dramatically. I guess it came from the improved blood flow.
I also agree with a couple of the other posters here, the longer I am excited the bigger the load.
 
I guess beef and mutton do work for you if you want to increase the volume.
