I have told my wife about the fantasy of watching her with another man, but she keeps saying that I must not love her to even suggest a thing. We have been married 10 years now. My ex-wife and I used to have threesomes and go to group parties every other weekend. And we loved it. So how do I get my wife now to try it once?

This is a very tricky thing. I am not one who would be interested in trying a threesome so I can only speak from this angle. I would feel our love was violated to bring someone else into our lovemaking. It sounds like that may be what your wife is saying. DO Not bring up the ex wife unless you want to bury all hope forever.

Are talking about MMF or FFM or either so some others more experienced in this area can offer better advice.

I can remember when my boyfriend at the time first suggested a MMF threesome. I rejected it outright. I can't remember all of my reasons now, but I think some were probably along the lines that he didn't think just the 2 of us were enough. I'm sure there were also thoughts that, even though it was his idea, after everything was over, he would think lesser of me for having done something like that.

He did not pressure me about, which I think is the most important part. He put it out there, and listened to my reasons - which were, for me anyway, excuses. He met every reason with the fact that he loved me and cared about me. And then he dropped the subject.

What was really going through my mind at the time was: how would I react? Would I even know what to do? What if I didn't really like the other man? What if the other man didn't really care for me? Would I get embarassed? Just a bunch of insecure type of stuff.

However, by him casually mentioning the idea, without pressuring me, it kept putting the idea in my head. One day, while we were talking about it, I told I might do it if it weren't planned - that would make me too nervous. It would have to be spontaneous and unexpected.

After that he would stop by the apartment with various friends of his. I kept expecting "something", but nothing would ever happen. I started to relax more when he brought his friends by, until one night, it, well, just happened. (Of course the guys knew what was going to happen, I didn't have a clue)

I found it to be wonderful experience. But then, I was ready for it. Also, I was with a man who had no jealous feelings. That is probably the most important thing, but you've stated you've done this before.

I would try to get at the heart of her feelings - does she truly feel you might not love her enough? Or are there deeper feelings. And know that, if there are deeper feelings, it is best not to "pressure" or "keep at it". Discuss it over time, realizing that she may just not be into it, or that it may just not appeal to her.

My first thought after reading your post: you and your ex-wife used to do it all the time, and look where that got you. Your current wife may have legitimate concerns that introducing another person into your intimate lives may lead to the same result. Something went wrong in your first marriage, and perhaps she doesn't want to risk going through that.

You said that she keeps repeating the same stance. Are you repeating the same request, without explaining to her why you want to fulfill this fantasy? Is this a fantasy that you can't live without? Or are you simply trying to recapture some of the spontaneity of your youth, and think this is the only/best way to do it? If after openly discussing this with your wife, the idea still does not appeal to her, you have to resign yourself to the fact that you cannot live out this fantasy with her. But at least you'vew gotten the chance to do it at some point in your life, which is more than a lot of guys can say.

Sounds like you DON'T.....................she dosen't sound real willing....My advise drop it and find something else new to try..........

If this is somehting that she isn't into you should probably forget it. You don't want to risk losing her and the relationship you guys have. And if you pressure her into it she may wind up hating you for it.
