How to get a story removed (that I wrote)

I am just wondering and I apologize because I am sure this has probably been asked here before.

I need a story removed. The reasons are quite pressing.

How would I go about getting that done?

Go to the submissions page, resubmit the exact title of the original story followed by DELETE.

Do not resubmit the file or text.

In the Notes section ask for your story with this title to be deleted.

IF it is really urgent, send a PM to Laurel (click on a link to her name in the Authors Please Read thread).
