How to format stories on Literotica?

How can I center text in a story?

Place the html <center></center> tags around the text.

You can type them in, in any word processor you use. You then copy and paste the story into the submission form.

You can also use the following:

<i></i> Italics
<b></b> Bold
<u></u> Underline

and

</br> for a hard break without a paragraph shift

With the br you put it inline with the text you want the tags in...

The song is</br>the same</br>and will remain</br>the same.

This is usually used with the center tag. But can be used on its own to make the block of text a little tighter together. Go check out my story Call of the Dove. I use it to put the song lyrics in at the beginning of the story.

All of these can be combined as long as the order of the tags is the same on either side.

When using the center tag do not put a blank line after the text you centered as the center tab is converted to a <p> tag and that puts in a blank line automatically.

There is a couple of other tags that you can use.

<blockquote></blockquote>

is one. This will but 5 spaced on either side of the text. Another word an indent on the right and left of the text.

There are a couple of others that I have never used myself but others have and maybe they will stop by to enlighten us.

What about including links? Would that be <a href="https://somelink.com">Some link</a> ?

I don't know about the <a href > HTML. I do know that links outside of Literotica will get your story rejected.
