I hope you don't interpret my post as rude because I'm not trying to be rude--just honest. I've written (and responded to) some personal ads. In fact, I met my husband online.
I took a look at your ad, and in my opinion it seems to be like the vast majority of the so-called personal ads on that forum. Here's a paraphrase of those ads: "Horny male seeks female for fun." Those ads are a dime a dozen and generally don't get any responses other than multiple bumps from the thread starters.
I checked out your profile, and you'd probably do well to fill it out a little more thoroughly. If I were looking to hook up with someone from this site, whether IRL or just for chat/cyber/camming, I'd look for the person who put some effort into creating his or her ad. A catchy title can work wonders, because if people are intrigued, then they'll open your thread. (If you don't believe me, ask EJFan.) If you talk a little about who you are and what you like (OTHER than sex), then you'll stand out from the (wannabe) leg-humpers in the crowd. Don't sound desperate, even if you are. Desperation isn't sexy.
Remember that good sex--whether it's face-to-face, phone, or cyber--starts in the mind.
