I'd love to add some role playing in the bedroom , but I'm not sure how to start. So far we have tried light bondage and we did that till we both got tired of it. My husband says that he does not have any role playing fantasies , I kind of feel freaky cause I have quite a few .
Every other aspect of our relationship is great. I'm just getting a tad bored in the bedroom. I have told him this in a nice subtle way, but still no new moves on his part. So I guess I need to be the aggressive one this time . But I do not want to freak him out too much . any ideas ?

I'm no expert on role playing, mostly because my SO doesn't care for it much, but I've found by just adding little phrases while we're making love, or just being completely raunchy, totally stimulating. It gets me so hot.. Instead of saying his name, I call him daddy and he'll usually play along calling me kitten or whatever pet name he can think of. The bedroom's a great place to be playful and role playing is a good way to express it.

Basically, just try to ease it into the sex life you already have.. Don't talk about it before, just do it. (of course, if he totally objects to you calling him whatever you're calling him, I would stop. No reason to be uncomfortable) Maybe your husband will find that he really does have role playing fantasies and then he'll want to share them with you! My personal favorites are the daddy/daughter and teacher/student series.

One thing I did when I was married (a ways back...lol)...was to ask my wife for a "date." We "pretended" to meet for the first time at a location, and act like it was a first date.....both playing their own part...I was trying to get in her pants...she was being coy.....including her blowing me in the car that night......

Now, I must admit that it was HER idea and I fought it tooth and nail until we did it....I thought it was stupid and dumb and tough to play act not knowing her.....but I also found that HER being in character made it easy for me to give it a try (like the occasional saying the wrong name, etc...).

Just a thought.
