I need to delete of mine that I hate. Now I realize that when it's not in me to write, I should NOT write. I have to write when I feel inspired to do so

You can EDIT an old story. That keeps the views and votes.
To DELETE one story the old way used to be:
Open a new submission page. In the title box put the exact title of the story you want to delete followed by DELETE.
In the Notes Box put "Please DELETE" and the title again. If you can, copy the url into the Notes Box.
Submit that.
Deletions have low priority unless you have a real offline reason for urgency such as a stalker or an employment issue. If so, a PM to Laurel is the fastest way.

If you want to delete more than one story...
Open a new story submission.
In title put Please Delete
In the text box where you would put the story text List the stories with the URL link to each.
In the Note to Admin explain why you would like them deleted.
Filling all the required fields, it doesn't matter what and submit.
It will probably take a week or so as deletes have a very low priority.
