How to create a series

I submitted the first part of my story but I’m worried because I didn’t see anything that asked about if it was part of a series. If I submit part 2 how can I make sure readers will see it’s part of a larger story?

Use the same title and add 02 to the end. The rest happens behind the curtain.

I always include a note that it is the XX part of the SERIES name.

I've never just added a number, I always put Ch. or Pt. before the number.

Adding chapter numbers is the safest way, though not always elegant. I have a series that appears three times for some odd reason and no real way of correcting it.

Whether or not you add "Chapter" or "Ch ##", the editor usually will if you've specified that the story is part of a series.

I know there's a glitch with duplicating series, you're the first one I saw that had it triplicate. IT's a known issue and has been reported several times. Since it doesn't affect usability it's low priority.
