You will need 100 posts before you can add an AV. Then there will be an option in your control panel for you to upload a picture.
If you're referring to where yours says 'virgin', that also goes by posts. Somewhere before 50 it changes to experienced. Next is really experienced. Then Lit guru. And after 1000 posts you can change the title to one of your choosing.
