I need some help with this please. When I click on the avatar it sends me to the authors page and I do not get an ignore option. I have added a screen capture (with the authors name and avatar removed) as an example. I find it so frustrating that I cannot achieve such a simple thing. Thanks

Your screen shot is from the stories area. You have to do it from within the forum.
If they post on the forum, find a post and then click on their av.
