1) EXERCISE

Besides increasing stamina, aerobic excercise helps regulate hormone levels (and actually boosts all-important testosterone) and increases blood flow all over, including your nether regions. A University of California study found that after one hour of exercise three time sa week, men had more sex, with more frequent orgasms and even more reliable sexual function (i.e. - stronger wood).

2) EAT YOUR VEGGIES

Studies have shown that after a hearty, high-fat meal, a man's testosterone level drops through the floor. Not only does your interest in sex suffer, but so do yoru nerve responses when you can muster it. So eat your veggies (or at least drink a glass or two of V8).

3) TAKE VITAMINS

Take a multivitamin to make sure your body is getting all the vitamins and minerals that should be there but probalby aren't.

Don't Drink. Drinking can make it difficult to sustain an erection and alchohol can turn you into a blubber ass really fast. Plus drunk guys aren't sexy.
