Most of the time I never understand what Sean is saying.
Partly because he is English and they have atrocious slang and the other half being, he is fucking 200 points smarter than I am.
He can not possibly be 200% smarter than you, but he does have more self confidence, is better read and better educated, at least according to what the two of you post.

I admit ignorance to the Pound to dollar conversion rate for degrees from the UK I had no idea how flimsy they were. Your self-description as a qualified rocket scientist is not what somebody with a simple bachelor's degree in physics would claim in the US. Nor would anyone claim qualification to read for the law with a mere bachelor's degree in the US.

Where have I ever claimed either? I have a BSc in Physics and a LLB. An advanced degree would be a masters or doctorate. Maybe your GED course should have included some explanation of this stuff?

Because they're commenting on the personna that they see online.
But this degree shaming pisses me off for some reason, regardless of who it's coming from. You, Sean (who does that too, often enough) or anyone else.
I did that too to E a couple of times, but the context was entirely appropriate and after only after he attacked me first, with slurs that were 10 times worse.
