To get more help use the search function. You'll get tonnes of hits as this is one of the most frequently asked questions after shaving and swing clubs it would seem.

Basically, go slow. You need to relax the muscles of your anus first so work up to it. Licking (if that's not a prob for the SO), gentle probing just on the outside then start to insert smaller things (fingers, beads, plugs yadda yadda). Work your way up.

When you get to the real thing, again go slow. Your ass needs time to adjust to the size and no jack-hammering at the start.

Position depends on what is good for you. Some good ones are doggie (of course), laying down on your stomach with some pillows under your hips and on your back with some pillows under your ass.

As a girl with a fondness for anal, my advice to anyone would be to use lots of lube, practice with toys to get used to it - gradually making the toys bigger and bigger, and most of all......RELAX!
