How to add a chapter to a pre-existing story

Hiya guys! I'm new to this site and looking for help on how to add a new chapter to a story that I have already published on Literotica. Is there any way to do this? Any help appreciated

I assume that you're referring to a continuation of the story by a substantial addition. If you want to add a Part Two; the method is to use the exact identical Title Part Two. (you can use different short descriptions for each Chapter/Part. Put a note to the editor of what you want done.

My Story - Part Three ~ my clever ending

There in one drawback, titles can only have 37 characters.

The usual way is to just add...

Title
Title Ch. 02

The system will take care of grouping then in the list.

Instead of Ch. you can use Pt.

I usually use Pt. as my longer stories have Chapters within them.

Actually yukon, the sort is an alpha sort... so the list would look like this...

My Story - Part Two

It's best to use numbers.

Yep. Numbers, and if you're going to go past nine chapters, use leading zeroes to keep things in correct order:

My Story: Ch. 01
My Story: Ch. 02
...
My Story: Ch. 10

rather than

My Story: Ch. 1
My Story: Ch. 10
My Story: Ch. 11
...
My Story: Ch. 19
My Story: Ch. 2

Also, there is a cap of 35(?) characters for the title. Be aware that if you ever want to edit your story, you have to allow for 30 characters maximum in your title plus "_edit"

I believe that's how that goes, but I'm sleep drunk, so don't hold me to it.
