You can't. All you can do is go in and edit the content.

I keep trying and I have no idea how to do it.

What i've seen is you just go in and edit, delete the entire message, and type in 5 dashes or whatever. It appears to be the only way to do that... You can't just leave it blank, because there is a minimum of 5 characters, I think, per post.
