i don't watch very much tv news and this is a perfect example of why..keep in mind that this is a station in a major market ...one of their "investigative reporters" did a "trouble shooter" report ...where they find a problem, investigate it thoroughly and then educate us poor plebes...the investigation? loopholes in airport security..it seems that only about 60 percent of those foil lines bags that protect film are being opened and searched at the security gates...important? probably...does it need to be broadcast to every terrorist, wannabe terrorist, copycat terroist and just plain psyco misfit who might not have ever thought of it on their own but now have an idiot news caster to thank for their latest method for reaping havoc....no it doesn't... stepping off soapbox now....thank you, i feel better....

My favorite thing is that they think they're doing the public a SERVICE with all this crap.

If you've ever read Stephen King, read Black House (it's the sequel to The Talisman). There's some good "insights" into the mind of a scummy reporter in there.
