How private do you keep your private life???

I was just wondering, I know we all spill the details of a big part of our life on the boards.

Are there somethings that are just too private, like say the details of a relationship or a potential one...

I know there are couples here and I am sure a few that did not work out, how much of that do you keep to yourselves, or do you go about willy nilly spilling what would normally be private issues?

Well...Kitte! I know how to keep a SECRET. However, I am under NO obligation to keep anything a secret with a relationship (or potential one) unless they ask me to. I am a very communicative person. Sometimes if I get hurt, though, I am in such shock over it, I have a delayed reaction, and spill over on anyone who will listen. Conversely, if I just got the best sex of my life...hehehhehehe...oh yeah! I would be on the rooftop, so to speak.

As one who has had her hands (and other parts) firmly slapped for talking too much about her Lit friends on this forum (by said friends) I guess my answer is and will be that I'll try to keep my mouth shut as much as possible.

Guess that means I won't be spilling any beans anytime soon. Other than that, after my hubby took all my extremely personal email and make it public during a very messy and nasty divorce, I really don't give a flying fuck what anybody else knows about me. I'm an open book.

I think in that case, it's something to be worked out between the parties. In most cases, it's cool. But there could easily be some scenarios where it would not be. Almost like r/l.

Some of us actually do make very good friends here that (eeek & OMG) translate into real life. I guess you get what you give here too (just as in real life).
